YARN BASE I dyed this colorway on Stained Glass Sock, which is a smooth, soft 2 ply yarn made of 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon. The thing that makes Stained Glass Sock uniquely wonderful is that one ply is made of white wool while the other alternates between black and white, so when I dye the yarn, it looks like leaded stained
