Here we have a very nice German WWII Issue Brown Leather Medic First Aid pouch, which was captured by U. S. forces during WWII. It was then put into service as a First Aid Pouch for the Allies, and is filled with U. S. WWII issue medical supplies. The pouch itself is kidney shaped and measures 7"H x 4 1 2"W x 3 1 2", with a medic "Red Cross" on a white oval sewn to the front of the lid. The rear of the lid is held
