Crawford County, Ohio Flags north america red cars and housesIn 1988, after the county received various requests to fly a flag, the County Commissioners decided to solicit ideas from each school building in the county. The winning design was by Crestline High School students Tim Biglin, Jenny Metzger, Shellie Rall, Alex Riggleman and advisor James Klopfenstein. The outline of Crawford County appears inside a map of Ohio in the center of this white flag. These are surrounded by 16 blue stars in honor of the
