This is a lovely WWII German Wehrmacht Heer (Army) EM NCO's Belt with Painted Steel Buckle (Koppelschlo). The buckle is embossed with the Heer motto GOTT MIT UNS ("God with us") on a ribbed background surrounding a closed wing Wehrmachtadler Armed Forces Eagle inside a double rope border, with oak leaf and acorn branches at the bottom. Nice fieldgrey painted steel construction box buckle with a smooth background. The
