Camille Giroud, Beaune 1er Cru Size:6x750ml a clean line of acidity(from Les Cras and Les Avaux). An ultra fresh nose freely expresses its aromas of lilac, red cherry and green tea wisps. There is slightly better density to the medium weight flavors that also conclude in a youthfully austere and persistent but not really lean finale. This too should add weight and flesh with a few years of cellaring.
