Potential Investors and sponsors are most welcome

You are invited to discuss promising business cases with the members of the board of the Olivine Foundation. Informing your relations about the Olivine Initiative is also more than welcome. On special request our Business Plan will be made available to seriously interested parties.

The Foundation needs funds for public relations, networking, financing pilots, professional staff and organizational expenses. For major investment projects a dedicated entity will be required, cooperation with local enterprises, governments and or international bodies seems in those cases obvious.

A CDM*) certificate is required to introduce the olivine method for access the international carbon rights market. To acquire a certificate asks for an expensive and time-consuming pilot amounting 50-100 k€.

To inform seriously interested parties and/or persons we recently published our 'Bidbook', ("Het ei van Columbus" means such as Eureka! - One stone to kill two birds).

The Foundation does not receive any grants or subsidies from governments, all contributions from the private world are very much appreciated. In the Netherlands private gifts are income tax deductible because of our ANBI status.

*)  Wikipedia: The Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the "flexibility" mechanisms defined in the Kyoto Protocol. The CDM allows industrialized countries to invest in emission reductions wherever it is cheapest globally.
